Is my phone e-SIM compatible?+
Most phones from 2019 onwards support e-SIM — iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and many others. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
When should I install the e-SIM?+
Install it a day before you travel while you have Wi-Fi. The plan's validity starts only when it first connects to a network at your destination.
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my number?+
Yes. Your regular SIM stays in the phone for calls and SMS, while the e-SIM handles mobile data. WhatsApp keeps working on your existing number.
Do plans include calls?+
Most plans are data-only. Selected unlimited plans include local calls; you can always call over WhatsApp or other apps using data.
