Returns & Refunds policy

Payment policy:

First, need to pay 50% of the token amount for hold your package.

Second, 50% before 30 days from travel date for confirmation.

Third and Final 20% before 15 days from the travel date.

Note: We offer bank transfers/ Western Union Transfer/ Online Transfer

Cancellation policy:

1. Holding amount will not be refundable (50%).

2. Before the 1 month of travel date 30% will be charged for cancel the package.

3. Before 15 days of travel date 40% will be charged for entire trip value, plus Flight ticket, Visa and Insurance charges will be charged.

4. Before 10 days of the tour 100% will be charged.

5. If customer needs any amendments in his pre- booked package before 2-3 days of travel, there will be amendment charges.

NOTE: Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company via email and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.

Refund Policy:

1. Token amount is non-refundable.

2. Any Refund amount will be placed to the guest bank account within 15 days on working days.

Policy for Child:

Below 5 years are free to Stay in hotel and can travel with parents.

1. Flight ticket will be as per Airline policy.

2. Visa as per Government law
