Frequently asked questions
When do utility payments go live?+
We are completing our biller aggregator integration and the required RBI-regulated partner onboarding. Every service here is a preview until that is done, which is why each one carries a “Coming soon” badge.
Will there be a convenience fee?+
Recharges and bill payments will be free of convenience fees at launch when you pay from your Tourist Leader wallet or by UPI. Card and netbanking payments may carry the gateway's own fee, always shown before you confirm.
Can I use my travel wallet balance for bills?+
Yes — that is the point of keeping everything in one account. Wallet balance, cashback and refunds can all be spent on recharges and bills.
Will I earn rewards on bill payments?+
The plan is to let bill payments build the same wallet rewards you earn on bookings, so paying your electricity bill chips away at your next trip.
Is there a business or agent version?+
Travel agents on the Tourist Leader agent console will be able to pay bills for customers from their agent wallet, with settlement reports in the console.
