These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tourist Leader's Website, located at https://touristleader.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tourist Leader if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Tourist Leader. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

Please note all these booking conditions apply to the trip arrangements which you book with Tourist Leader in India and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you.

Travel insurance: It is mandatory that you have adequate and appropriate cover for your trip including any adventurous activities such as trekking at altitude or foreign travel.

Health: Except as disclosed in your medical questionnaire, you are taken to confirm at the time of booking that you are in good health, physically capable of undertaking all aspects of the trip, and unaware of any reason why you may be unsuited to taking part or may be likely to suffer illness or injury during the trip, taking into account its challenges and purposes.

Tourist Leader’s Liability:

1. If trip date is change, need to notify customer before 20 days in advance.

2. If Flight date changes/ cancelled, need to arrange accordingly.
